Site Owners

DRB In-Bay Solutions provides troubleshooting and equipment assistance to Site Owners using our online scheduler tool.

Site Operators requiring immediate assistance should contact their DRB In-Bay Solutions authorized Distributor.  

For those Operators who have additional questions, DRB In-Bay Solution’s Operator Support provides access to our Technical Support team. Operator Support is provided via phone or email.  All onsite service and support is exclusively available from your authorized distributor.

Distributors

DRB In-Bay Solutions offers technical support to our Distributors with everything from guidance on simple tasks to diagnosing the most complex of issues with your technicians in the field.  Our Technical Support Department is made up of the best and brightest technicians, who are hired for their customer service skills and previous work experience with payment kiosks.  

PLEASE NOTE: As of July 2020, our Technical Support Department is no longer using TeamViewer as a remote access solution. Going forward, we will use BeyondTrustWhile nothing needs to be installed, it’s important that access to our BeyondTrust Portal (connect.DRBSystems.com) is allowed and permission to download and run the application on the tech’s device is provided so they can open the session. We recommend that you proactively work with your IT department to review BeyondTrust and ensure our portal is allowed so we can continue to support you in a timely manner.
