Operator Support   
The technical support you need to make the most of your Unitec equipment

DRB In-Bay Solution’s authorized distributors are available for technical and onsite service and support. For those Operators who have additional questions, our Operator Support provides access to the DRB Technical Support team. Operator Support is provided via phone or email.  All onsite service and support is exclusively available from your authorized distributor. 

Three levels of service allow you to choose the support that best fits your organization’s needs. 

Standard Support
Our Standard level of support allows car wash owners and operators to schedule 30-minute appointments for troubleshooting and equipment assistance. Appointments are scheduled using our online schedule tool. Standard Support is free of charge.

Select Support
Our Select level of support provides 30 days of access to the Technical Support team via phone during regular Technical Support hours.  Select Support is available for a per-site fee. 

Premium Support
Premium Support provides annual access to the Technical Support team via phone during regular Technical Support hours, and allows subscribers to purchase repair parts from Unitec. Premium Support is available for a per-site fee, paid monthly.
